Grammys Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  2. Chop enough stems to equal 1/2 cup.
  3. Combine chopped stems with cream cheese, ham, onion powder and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with mixture and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over mushrooms.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
