Grammys Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 pound Mushrooms, Cleaned
- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 4- 1/2 ounces, weight Can Deviled Ham
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- Remove stems from mushrooms.
- Chop enough stems to equal 1/2 cup.
- Combine chopped stems with cream cheese, ham, onion powder and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with mixture and place on a cookie sheet.
- Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over mushrooms.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
