Pickled Beets And Onions Recipe

  1. Open beets and pour into larger jar.
  2. Don't DRAIN.
  3. Add in sugar, oregano, and pickling spice.
  4. Stir gently to mix it up, cover with vinegar but no more than 1 c., no less than 1/3 c.. Chill at least 2 days.
  5. This keeps in refrigerator forever.
  6. Serve with green salads.
