Shrimp Sandwiches

  1. dice tomatoes, fold them and your shrimp in with your mayo
  2. slice your avocado in half pull apart, pop seed out and take your spoon and separate the skin .. make thin slices and lay them on bread, salt and pepper.
  3. lay a couple leafs of kale and spinach on top and spoon shrimp and tomato mixture over the top.
  4. you can toast your bread and even add olive oil.. it's all about preference.
  5. Enjoy!
