Shrimp Sandwiches
- 1 cup baby shrimp
- 1 cup fresh tomato
- 1/2 cup real mayo
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 loaf honey sunfower bite size loaf bread
- 1 slice avocado
- 1 -2 leafs of baby kale and spinach blend
- dice tomatoes, fold them and your shrimp in with your mayo
- slice your avocado in half pull apart, pop seed out and take your spoon and separate the skin .. make thin slices and lay them on bread, salt and pepper.
- lay a couple leafs of kale and spinach on top and spoon shrimp and tomato mixture over the top.
- you can toast your bread and even add olive oil.. it's all about preference.
- Enjoy!
