Rainbow Fresh Veggies with Dip
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 2 medium red peppers, sliced
- 2 medium green peppers, sliced
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 12
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) orange juice
- 16 fl oz (2 cups) club soda
- Blend chives into sour cream to create a flavorful mixture.
- Serve each person 1/4 of the vegetables and 3 TRISCUIT crackers to dip into 1/4 cup of the chive-sour cream for a delicious snack.
- Mix VERYFINE orange juice with club soda in a pitcher to create an orange spritzer.
- Divide evenly into 4 glasses.
