Minnie Mouse Frosting
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a heavy sauce pan over medium heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk and salt.
- Cook and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in water.
- Cool.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Makes enough frosting to frost a 2 layer cake.
- Also good on cupcakes.
