Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
- 1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves (optional)
- Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top each chicken breast with sauce and cheeses.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Tip: Try serving with pasta and a bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Salad Dressing.
