Amazing Veggie Dip

  1. Heat up 1/8 cup water and dissolve the 2 chicken bouillon cubes in it (it helps to crush the cubes first with a meat tenderizer).
  2. Mix concentrated chicken stock, cream cheese (reduced fat cream cheese works just as well), onion powder, and the juice from the lemon until smooth and creamy.
  3. Chill for 2 hours to let the flavors mingle.
  4. Serve with your choice of vegetables!
