Amazing Veggie Dip
- 1 (8 ounce) container soft cream cheese
- 18 cup water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- Heat up 1/8 cup water and dissolve the 2 chicken bouillon cubes in it (it helps to crush the cubes first with a meat tenderizer).
- Mix concentrated chicken stock, cream cheese (reduced fat cream cheese works just as well), onion powder, and the juice from the lemon until smooth and creamy.
- Chill for 2 hours to let the flavors mingle.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables!
