Tri-Color Tarragon Fettuccine
- 4 ounces uncooked tri-color or plain fettuccine
- 3 ounce (1/2-inch thick) slice deli ham, cubed 1/2-inch
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves*
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Lemon slices, if desired
- Cook fettuccine in 3-quart saucepan according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Immediately return fettuccine to pan.
- Add all remaining ingredients except lemon slices; toss lightly to coat.
- To serve, spoon onto serving platter.
- Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
- *Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves.
