Haddock Deviled Crab Cakes Recipe

  1. Thaw fish, boil 10-15 min.
  2. Drain and put on paper towels.
  3. Fry onion, green pepper, celery in butter.
  4. Put rest of ingredients in bowl, add in onions, pepper, celery and fish mix.
  5. Form into round or possibly oblong cakes.
  6. Put on plate in refrigerator for few hrs.
  7. Fry in Crisco.
  8. Averages 12-13 cakes.
  9. Can be frzn if you do not want to use all of them right away.
