Pork Hot Dish
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped red and green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. saltine crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Cook pork, celery, pepper and onion in oil until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
- In large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Put in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes until heated through.
