Ruby on Rails Cocktail Recipe

• Ice
• 2 or 3 medium strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1 3/4 ounces fruity rose wine
• 3/4 ounce Strawberry Syrup
• 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce Pimms No. 1

1. Place the ice cubes and sliced strawberries in a highball glass.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice and shake until chilled, about 20 seconds.
3. Strain into the glass and serve.
