Sausage and Peppers not in Red Sauce
- 6 pounds Italian Sausage
- 8 whole Bell Peppers, Cubed
- 2 whole Large Onions, Chopped
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- Black Pepper
- Put sausage in a roasting pan.
- Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Bake in a 400 F oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove and drain fat.
- Cook cubed peppers and chopped onions till tender in a sauce pan in water to cover; drain but reserve the water (youll use the water later).
- Cut sausages in bite- size pieces and put back in the pan that it roasted in.
- Add soy sauce and 1 cup of water (from the peppers and onions).
- Pour drained peppers and onions over sausage and sprinkle with garlic and onion powders and black pepper to taste.
- Return to the oven for an another 15 minutes.
- Serve.
