Sausage and Peppers not in Red Sauce

  1. Put sausage in a roasting pan.
  2. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake in a 400 F oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove and drain fat.
  5. Cook cubed peppers and chopped onions till tender in a sauce pan in water to cover; drain but reserve the water (youll use the water later).
  6. Cut sausages in bite- size pieces and put back in the pan that it roasted in.
  7. Add soy sauce and 1 cup of water (from the peppers and onions).
  8. Pour drained peppers and onions over sausage and sprinkle with garlic and onion powders and black pepper to taste.
  9. Return to the oven for an another 15 minutes.
  10. Serve.
