Rigatoni Alfredo With Ham
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces deli ham, cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 14 cup wine or 14 cup chicken broth
- 16 ounces alfredo sauce
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- Cook Pasta and add broccoli the last 2 minutes,drain keeping 1/4 c of the liquid.
- Coat a large non stick skillet with spray heat over med high heat.
- Add ham cook stirring occasionally until lightly brown ,2-3 minutes.
- Add onion stirring until softened add wine cook 1 min more.
- Stir in pasta sauce and pasta and 1/4 in liquid and pepper.
- Stir and heat for 2 minutes.
