Peacock Tonic
- 2 ounces green chartreuse liqueur
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 dash blue curacao
- ice cube
- 3 ounces tonic water
- Vigorously shake Chartreuse, gin, curacao, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into an ice-filled glass, and top with tonic.
- Garnish with a lemon-peel twist.
