Herb Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cover potatoes and garlic with cold water.
  2. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Boil until potatoes are fork tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. Return to burner on high heat for approximately 30 seconds to remove excess moisture.
  6. Add butter, cream, herbs, sour cream, and cheese.
  7. Thoroughly incorporate.
  8. Season.
  9. Use the parsley to garnish.
