Wild Rice And Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add mushrooms and almonds; cook and stir 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and almonds begin to brown.
  5. Add wild rice; cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in onions and broth.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Pour into greased casserole dish; cover.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Uncover; bake an additional 45 to 60 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
