Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese Soup

  1. Cook onions in dressing in large saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Add broth, water and broccoli; stir.
  4. Bring to boil; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
  5. or until broccoli is tender.
  6. Stir in milk and rice; cook 5 min.
  7. Blend, in batches, in blender until smooth, returning each blended batch to saucepan.
  8. Cook on low heat 5 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Serve topped with cheese.
