Pesto Red Pepper Dip
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Small
- 4 ounces, weight Feta (crumbled)
- 3 Tablespoons Pesto, Homemade Or Prepared
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 loaf Baguette
- 1 clove Garlic
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Dice red pepper and place into bottom of a pie tin.
- Mix feta and pesto together in a small bowl.
- ( Use as much pesto as you love!)
- Place feta/ pesto mixture on top of red pepper.
- Place room- temperature cream cheese over the mixture.
- Place into oven for about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- Slice baguette and toast.
- Rub with garlic and spoon dip on top.
