Pesto Red Pepper Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Dice red pepper and place into bottom of a pie tin.
  3. Mix feta and pesto together in a small bowl.
  4. ( Use as much pesto as you love!)
  5. Place feta/ pesto mixture on top of red pepper.
  6. Place room- temperature cream cheese over the mixture.
  7. Place into oven for about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Slice baguette and toast.
  9. Rub with garlic and spoon dip on top.
