Chicken noodle soup

  1. Once chicken is chopped in pieces season to your liking( example: salt, black pepper or poultry seasoning)
  2. In a large pot or dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add carrots, celery, garlic and onions.
  4. Cook until onions are translucent
  5. Add chicken and thyme, cook for 2 1/2 minutes
  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
  7. Add noodles and reduce heat.
  8. Let simmer for 12 minutes or until noodles and chicken are done.
