Curry Chicken Recipe

  1. Marinate chicken parts with salt, pepper, chives and onion.
  2. An hour or possibly two before cooking, heat 1/4 c. oil, then sprinkle 1 Tbsp.
  3. sugar into warm oil; wait till sugar is slightly brown.
  4. Add in marinated chicken; then add in 2 Tbsp.
  5. of curry.
  6. Mix and stir well under medium heat.
  7. Keep covered and simmer till chicken is cooked.
  8. NOTE: If chicken begins to stick, add in water and keep to taste (salt, black pepper, etc.)
  9. Serve over rice/pasta.
