Easy Puff Pastry Asparagus Tartlets

  1. Unfold pastry onto lightly floured surface.
  2. Cut into 24 rounds, using 2-inch cookie cutter.
  3. Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  4. Freeze 10 min.
  5. or until firm.
  6. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread pastry rounds with reduced-fat cream cheese.
  7. Bake 13 to 15 min.
  8. or until golden brown.
  9. Meanwhile, microwave asparagus and water in microwaveable bowl covered with waxed paper on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
  10. or until asparagus is tender.
  11. Drain asparagus; return to bowl.
  12. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  13. Spoon asparagus over warm tarts.
