Madeleine's Neighborly Bread

• 38 cups milk
• 1/4 cup potato water
• 113 cups whole wheat flour
• 23 cup bread flour
• 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon applesauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry

1. Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
