Mascarpone Fruit Pie

  1. Combine melted butter and crushed wafers together in a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Spread and press evenly up the sides to form a crust.
  3. Combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, liqueur and whipping cream, beat until creamy.
  4. Spread mixxture evenly onto crust.
  5. Chill until set.
  6. Arrange sliced fruit over chilled pie.
  7. Chill thoroughly.
