Rad's Chicken Ginger

  1. In a food processor finely chop .
  2. Mix the chopped ingredients with lime juice and yoghurt.
  3. Add chili powder.
  4. Mix well and then add the chicken to the marinade.
  5. Put the chicken in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
  6. Chop the onion in the food processer and then fry it until it is soft.

  9. Cook the chicken until it changes the colour and separate from oil.
  10. Keep stirring.
  11. Add coconut milk and half cup water.
  12. Cover with a lid and cook for almost 20 minutes.
