Rad's Chicken Ginger
- 1 kg chicken boneless
- 1 thumb size ginger
- 5 garlic cloves
- 15 grams coriander chopped
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 onion, chopped finely
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 Green chillllies, finely chopped for garnish
- 1 Fresh coriander finely chopped for garnish
- 1 fresh ginger finely striped for garnish
- 1/2 cup water
- In a food processor finely chop .
- Mix the chopped ingredients with lime juice and yoghurt.
- Add chili powder.
- Mix well and then add the chicken to the marinade.
- Put the chicken in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
- Chop the onion in the food processer and then fry it until it is soft.

- After frying for a minute add the chicken.
- Cook the chicken until it changes the colour and separate from oil.
- Keep stirring.
- Add coconut milk and half cup water.
- Cover with a lid and cook for almost 20 minutes.
- Garnish with.
- Ready to serve with rice or naan.
