Cider-Roasted Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place the squash and onion in a greased 9 * 13 baking dish.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients: pour over squash mixture.
  4. Cover and bake at 425* for 35 minutes or until tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
