Red Velvet Cake

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. sift flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt
  3. beat eggs, oil, buttermilk, milk, food coloring, vanilla, vinegar in larger bowl
  4. add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat about 2 min.
  5. grease pans and pour mix 23 full
  6. cook for 25-30min.
  7. let cake cook completely before applying frosting
