Brown Sugar Agar with Vanilla Ice Cream
- 80 grams Brown sugar
- 1 packet Kanten powder
- 500 ml Water
- 100 grams Brown sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Vanilla ice cream
- 1 Kinako
- 1 Milk
- Make brown sugar kanten.
- Combine water and powdered kanten in a pot and mix to dissolve.
- Add brown sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes until boiled.
- Stir very well and dissolve the brown sugar completely.
- Pour into a mold, when cool enough, chill in the fridge.
- When set, cube into 2cm.
- Make the kuromitsu brown sugar syrup.
- Combine brown sugar and water into a pot, stir and bring to boil.
- When it thickens, it's done.
- This is kuromitsu brown sugar syrup.
- You can use this for anything.
- Put the cubed agar and vanilla ice cream in a cup.
- Then pour the brown sugar syrup and kinako.
- Finally pour in the milk slowly.
