Broccoli and Swiss Bake

  1. In a saucepan, cook broccoli until crisp-tender; drain and set aside.
  2. In another saucepan, melt butter.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Stir in onion.
  6. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese, eggs and broccoli.
  8. Pour into a greased 2qt.
  9. baking dish.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 325F for 30 minutes.
