Strawberry Cream Puffs
- 48 each Prepared cream puffs
- 1 bag JELL-O Strawberry Whip N Chill Mousse
- 1 qt. cold water
- 1-1/4 gal. strawberries, divided
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- Cut tops from cream puffs; set aside.
- Prepare mousse mix with cold water as directed on package; set aside.
- Mash 24 of the berries (or 6 of the berries for trial recipe) with fork.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Fold into mousse.
- Chop half of the remaining strawberries; fold into mousse.
- Place remaining strawberries in food processor or blender container.
- Add sugar; cover.
- Process until pureed; set aside.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mousse mixture into each cream puff; cover with top of cream puff.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
