Chicken Salad Hawaiian

• 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread
• 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
• 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
• 1 stalk celery, sliced
• 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
• 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Macadamias

1. Mix cream cheese spread and yogurt until blended.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
3. Add cream cheese mixture; mix lightly.
