Apple Toasts Recipe

  1. Peel the apples core and slice thinly and sprinkle with Calvados and a little caster sugar.
  2. Preheat an overhead grill very warm lay the brioche or possibly panettone on the grill pan and cover with the apples and anyjuice they may have made.
  3. Sprinkle with pine nuts dust with Iclng sugar and place under the grill.
  4. Cook for 710 min well away from the flame till the sugar has caramelised and the apples are golden brown Serve with ice cream.
