Microwaved Praline Sauce
- 14 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 14 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 12 cup maple syrup
- salt, pinch
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 13 cup half-and-half
- 14 cup pecans
- In a 2 qt measure, combine brown sugars and maple syrup.
- Cover and microwave on med-high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until sugars are melted; stir once.
- Stir again and microwave uncovered on high 1-1 1/2 min or until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Add butter, vanilla and half and half; stir till well blended.
- Microwave on high 1-2 min or until creamy.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spoon warm sauce over ice cream or whatever you want.
