Herbed Lamb Burgers

  1. Gently mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; mix again.
  3. Form mixture into four 2-inch-diameter 1/2-inch-thick patties.
  4. Stir yogurt and cumin in medium bowl to blend.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  7. Grill patties to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium.
  8. Wrap pitas in foil; grill until heated through.
  9. Unwrap pitas; transfer to 2 plates.
  10. Fill each pita half with 1 patty.
  11. Serve, passing cumin-yogurt separately.
