Steak and Vegetable Skewers With Soy-Ginger Marinade

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cut onions and peppers into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes.
  4. Divide marinade in half and marinate the vegetables and meat in separate gallon-size bags for 2 hours.
  5. Remove vegetables and meat from marinade.
  6. Place steak, onions, and peppers on the skewer while alternating varieties.
  7. Build a charcoal fire for direct grilling.
  8. Grill kabobs over coals (approximately 450-500F) for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  9. Remove from grill and serve.
