Vinegar Pie II
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unbleached flour
- 1 cup water, cold
- 5 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 12 tablespoons butter
- 4 large eggs, Beaten
- Combine sugar and flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan.
- Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
