Golden Sauce Beef

  1. Marinate beef in Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, egg white, soy sauce and sherry for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan until hot.
  3. Stir-fry meat mixture 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange shredded onions on top of meat before serving.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Note: if cooked onion is preferred, add onion to meat mixture; stir-fry 3 minutes.
