Outstanding vanilla mousse cheesecake

  1. pre heat oven to 325F
  2. mix wafer crumbs, cinnamon, and butter together and press onto the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan
  3. Beat 3 packages of cream cheese with 1 cup sugar, 1 small pinch of salt,1/4 cup sour cream,1 tablespoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon lemon juice adding one egg at a time mixing well
  4. Pour in to crust and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or till almost set
  5. Cool completely in pan
  6. Beat remaining cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together then fold in cool whip
  7. Spread over cheese cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and remove rim of pan before serving
  8. Enjoy
