Scallops & Cod with Cream Cheese Sauce

  2. Saute cod and scallops with coconut oil or olive oil, about 2 minutes per side for the fish, and long enough to sear the scallops.

  4. Remove fish and scallops from the pan.
  5. Add white wine to the pan and bring to a boil.

  7. Add tarragon and Old Bay.
  8. Cook onion, tomato, and garlic.

  10. Stir in the cream cheese till thickened.
  11. If you need more cheese, add more to thicken the sauce.
  12. Stir in the fish and scallops.

  14. Sprinkle with dill, dried if you do not have fresh.
  15. I know some people say cheese does not go with fish but you need to try this recipe.
  16. Its really good with fish.
