Creamed Wild Duck Recipe

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in sufficient water to cover birds.
  2. Cook till meat is tender (about 2 hrs depending on birds).
  3. Cold.
  4. Remove meat from bones and place in casserole dish.
  5. Combine last ingredients and pour over meat.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
  7. Serve with wild rice.
