Carmel Filled Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 1/4 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- 1 tsp xanthum gum
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 10 oz Carmel Filled Chocolate chips
- Coming flour, baking soda, & salt.
- Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat butter, sugars, & vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually add flour mixture.
- Stir in Carmel Filled Chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake in 350F oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing.
