Spinach Canapes
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- 2 lg. eggs, beaten
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup stuffing cubes
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- Cook spinach, drain, press out water.
- When cooled.
- Add eggs.
- Mix well and then add butter, stuffing mix and cheese.
- Mix together.
- Make little balls and freeze until ready to use.
- Bake in a 400F oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
