Kevin's Oatmeal
- 5 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup flax seed
- 1 cup bran flakes
- 1 cup wheat flakes
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
- Store in freezer until ready to use.
- Mix 1/3 cup oatmeal with 2/3 cup water and microwave on high for 90 seconds.
- Stir and then microwave on high for another 90 seconds.
- After cooking we add any combo of the following: Brown sugar, maple syrup, dried fruits like cranberries, rasins, apricots or fresh fruit too.
