Stuffed Carrots ?

  1. Preheat oven to 190c
  2. Using a pizza wheel cut pastry into 1/2 inch wide ribbons
  3. Wind around greased cream horn moulds, overlapping as you wind.
  4. Add orange food colour to beaten egg, until you are satisfied with shade !
  5. Brush patry with coloured egg, place on wet baking sheet place in oven, cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked
  6. Brush again with egg, return to oven for 2 minutes to set egg .
  7. Place on wire rack to cool.
  8. When completely cold stuff with either egg mayonnaise or squeezy cheese
  9. Place 1 or 2 sprigs of parsley in top to resemble leaves.
  10. Serve.
