Arugula and Mozzarella Pizza with Garlic-Olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place the crushed garlic and olive oil in a bowl and whisk until mixed well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Add the arugula in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the greens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Gently toss until coated.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Prepare the pizza dough according the recipe or use store-bought pizza dough.
  10. Brush the crust with garlic oil and top with mozzarella cheese.
  11. Bake for about 12 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is metled and bubbling.
  12. Remove from the oven and top with arugula.
  13. Serve warm.
