Apple Sunrise

• Ice
• 2 ounces Calvados
• 3 ounces fresh orange juice
• 1/2 ounce creme de cassis
• 1 apple slice

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Calvados, orange juice and cassis.
3. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with the apple slice.
