Spanish Chicken Drumsticks
- 6 Drumsticks
- 5 tsp paprika
- 6 slice Chorizo
- 4 oz BBQ sauce
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Worcester sauce
- Prepare your chicken by unskining them (if skinned) and clean away any access blood.
- Dry the chicken a little by dabbing it with kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, add the BBQ sauce, lemon juice, worcester sauce and paprika.
- With a teaspoon, continuously stir for a minute until thoroughly mixed.
- Cover the each chicken drumstick with your now mixed marinade thoroughly and put into a dish.
- Cover the dish with cling film and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Preheat the oven at 200c.
- Take the chicken and put them on a baking tray or oven proof dish.
- Now set each piece of chorizo on each chicken drumstick.
- Put into the pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes and turning the chicken around every 12-15 minutes.
- Best side dish with this is boiled or fried rice with peas and sweetcorn.
