Spanish Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Prepare your chicken by unskining them (if skinned) and clean away any access blood.
  2. Dry the chicken a little by dabbing it with kitchen towel.
  3. In a bowl, add the BBQ sauce, lemon juice, worcester sauce and paprika.
  4. With a teaspoon, continuously stir for a minute until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Cover the each chicken drumstick with your now mixed marinade thoroughly and put into a dish.
  6. Cover the dish with cling film and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  7. Preheat the oven at 200c.
  8. Take the chicken and put them on a baking tray or oven proof dish.
  9. Now set each piece of chorizo on each chicken drumstick.
  10. Put into the pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes and turning the chicken around every 12-15 minutes.
  11. Best side dish with this is boiled or fried rice with peas and sweetcorn.
