Chocolate-Topped No-Bake Cheesecake Tarts
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Seasons Delight French Vanilla Whipped Topping, thawed
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- Place 1 cookie in each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Spoon into muffin cups.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
- or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Spoon over tarts; tilt pan to cover evenly.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
