Chocolate-Topped No-Bake Cheesecake Tarts

  1. Place 1 cookie in each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  4. Spoon into muffin cups.
  5. Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  6. or until butter is melted.
  7. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  8. Spoon over tarts; tilt pan to cover evenly.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
