Chicken Mexican Lime (Fajitas) Recipe

• Chicken cutlets
• 1 c. lime juice
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 c. soy sauce

1. Marinate chicken in all ingredients several hrs.
2. Barbeque on roast in oven.
3. Serve with flour tortillas, salsa sauce, lowfat sour cream or possibly guacamole sauce.
4. Also good for flank steak.
