Picka Picka Pico
- 1/2 Large Chopped Onion
- 1 whole Medium Chopped Jalapeno
- 1 whole Large Chopped Ripe Tomato
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- Most of the prep time is simply chopping all of the vegetables.
- Very small dice is best.
- Chop and mix all ingredients together.
- Amounts can vary by taste, and if you want a great salsa the next day, double or triple everything.
- It will break down while in the fridge overnight.
- We like this by itself on chips.
- It is great over grilled fish or chicken.
