Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. In a small container add first 5 ingredients.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. If you use sugar, youll need to heat the mixture until the sugar melts into the mixture.
  4. If you use agave nectar, you wont need to heat the mixture to get everything to combine.
  5. Add in the vinegar and oils.
  6. Stir to combine.
  7. Cover and set aside.
  8. In a large bowl combine chopped cabbage and green onions.
  9. Mix to combine.
  10. Sprinkle crushed ramen noodles on top of cabbage and onions.
  11. Spread chopped chicken on top of ramen noodles.
  12. Sprinkle chopped almonds on top of chicken.
  13. Cover and chill.
  14. Just before serving, stir dressing to combine and then add to salad ingredients.
  15. Stir to combine and serve.
  16. *Ramen noodles are optional.
